Who we are

OMPT Trainer (this website, ompt-learning.com, and the associated trainer at app.ompt-learning.com) is operated by Innovations-UX. You can reach us at admin@innovations-ux.com.

What we collect — and when

• Almost nothing, by default. Browsing this website requires no account and sets no cookies. We use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free audience measurement (a self-hosted Umami instance, hosted in the EU) that counts anonymous, aggregated page views and basic events. It does not use cookies, does not store any personal data, and does not track you across other websites. By default no advertising scripts are loaded; if (and only if) we run advertising campaigns and you accept the optional cookies in our banner, a Google advertising conversion-measurement tag may be loaded. Without your consent, none is loaded.
• Practice test progress is stored in your browser's sessionStorage only, so a page reload doesn't lose your answers. It never leaves your device unless you submit the form below, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
• If you submit your email after the practice test, we store: your email address, the test you practised for, your score, and your per-topic results. We use this to email you your results, to send you a sign-in link, and to create your free training account.
• If you use the trainer (app.ompt-learning.com), it stores your training progress under your account and uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party cookies.
• Server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, as on virtually every website.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not send spam: emails are limited to your results, sign-in links, and account-related messages.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. If you accept the optional cookies, an advertising conversion-measurement tag may record that a visit led to a sign-up or a purchase, but we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Legal basis and retention

We process the data you submit on the basis of your request (sending your results and creating the account you asked for) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Data is hosted in the European Union. We keep your account data for as long as the account exists; you can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time: email admin@innovations-ux.com from the address concerned and we will take care of it. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the service:

• Email delivery provider — to deliver emails (results and sign-in links), acting as a processor on our instructions.
• Stripe — to process payments when you buy a paid plan. Stripe receives the data needed to complete the payment, acting as a processor or, where applicable, a joint controller.
• Google — only if you accept the optional cookies, for advertising conversion measurement.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
