Who we are

OMPT Trainer (this website, ompt-learning.com, and the associated trainer at app.ompt-learning.com) is operated by Innovations-UX. You can reach us at admin@innovations-ux.com.

What we collect — and when

• Almost nothing, by default. Browsing this website requires no account and sets no cookies. We use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free audience measurement (a self-hosted Umami instance, hosted in the EU) that counts aggregated page views and basic events. It does not use cookies, does not record the query string or fragment of the address you visit (so sign-in codes and email addresses in a link are never measured), and does not track you across other websites.
• Advertising measurement (Google Ads). When we run advertising campaigns, the Google tag is loaded in Consent Mode with every consent set to “denied” by default: until you accept the optional cookies in our banner, it sets no cookies and only sends Google anonymous, cookie-free signals (for example, that a page was viewed) that Google uses to estimate conversions in aggregate. If you accept, it may set advertising cookies to measure whether a visit led to a sign-up or a purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see our cookie policy).
• Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity) are loaded only if you accept the optional cookies. Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page layout) to help us fix usability problems.
• Practice test progress is stored in your browser's sessionStorage only, so a page reload doesn't lose your answers. It never leaves your device unless you submit the form below, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
• If you submit your email after the practice test, we store: your email address, the test you practised for, your score, and your per-topic results. We use this to email you your results, to send you a sign-in link, and to create your free training account.
• If you use the trainer (app.ompt-learning.com), it stores your training progress under your account and uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party cookies.
• How the trainer is used, and on what kind of device. While you are signed in to the trainer, we record which parts of it you use — lessons started and finished, mock exams, questions answered, tools opened — so we can see what actually helps and what does not. Alongside these, and at most once a day per device, we record a small technical context attached to your account: a range of window width (never the exact size), whether the app runs as an installed app, your interface language, and — derived on our server and then discarded — the kind of device, operating system, browser, and country. This usage record never contains your IP address or your browser's user-agent string, and we do not use any of this to identify you across other websites or to build an advertising profile.
• IP address at sign-up and sign-in. When you create an account or sign in, we record your IP address, the date, and the country derived from it. We keep this for one year, then delete it automatically. It is used only for security and fraud prevention (for example, spotting many accounts created from the same connection) and for country-level statistics.
• The AI tutor. When you ask the trainer's tutor (Sigma) a question, or open a conversational lesson, your message and the question you are working on are sent to Mistral AI (France, EU), which generates the answer. Mistral acts as our processor. We also keep a log of tutor conversations (your account identifier, the question, your message and the answer) to check answer quality and prevent abuse; this log is rotated automatically, so older conversations are discarded as it grows, and your conversations are deleted when you delete your account. Please do not write personal information in tutor messages.
• Server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, as on virtually every website. The sign-in IP record described above is kept for one year at most.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not send spam: emails are limited to your results, sign-in links, and account-related messages.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. If you accept the optional cookies, an advertising conversion-measurement tag may record that a visit led to a sign-up or a purchase, but we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Legal basis and retention

We process the data you submit on the basis of your request (sending your results and creating the account you asked for) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Data is hosted in the European Union. We keep your account data for as long as the account exists; you can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the trainer: Settings (gear icon) → Delete my account. This erases your account, your progress and your tutor conversations. You can also ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time: email admin@innovations-ux.com from the address concerned and we will take care of it. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the service:

• Email delivery provider — to deliver emails (results and sign-in links), acting as a processor on our instructions.
• Stripe — to process payments when you buy a paid plan. Stripe receives the data needed to complete the payment, acting as a processor or, where applicable, a joint controller.
• Mistral AI (EU) — to generate the AI tutor's answers and conversational lessons, acting as a processor.
• Google (Google Ads) — advertising conversion measurement: cookie-free signals by default, advertising cookies only if you accept them (see above).
• Microsoft (Clarity) — session recordings and heatmaps, only if you accept the optional cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
